Rebecca Meek, WHNP-BC
Rebecca Meek, WHNP-BC is a women's health nurse practitioner who started her nursing career in 2003 as a clinic and then hospital nurse, including a three-year period in the emergency department. For over four years, Rebecca helped women to achieve physiologic and rewarding birthing experiences in her own free-standing birth center and home-birth practice as a Certified Nurse Midwife. Rebecca dove into functional medicine education, applied the things she was learning, and was blown away at the improvements she was seeing in her clientele.
Rebecca enjoys using her deep knowledge of hormone balancing and functional medicine to work with women to help find the underlying issues to problems like fatigue, depression, mental fog, weight gain, loss of vitality, insomnia, hot flashes, loss of libido, and hormone decline with age. Rebecca has an extensive background in women’s health, as well as primary care for women, and is adept at assessing medical problems as people age and how to help prevent them with lifestyle changes, appropriate supplementation, and optimal hormone balance.
Rebecca Meek is passionate about helping her patients get to the underlying root cause of their symptoms and to achieve the necessary balance in their lives.
